ODBC driver #
The Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) driver enables any application supporting the ODBC protocol to connect to Starburst clusters. The client application can then issue SQL queries to a cluster and receive results. The ODBC driver supports both Starburst Galaxy and Starburst Enterprise platform (SEP).
The Starburst ODBC driver is available in two versions:
- V3 series

The V3 series is a public preview, and is currently available for Windows.
- V2 series

The V2 series is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
